Question: How do I unsubscribe from email or text alerts?

Answer: You can unsubscribe from both email and text alerts yourself, or have us do it for you.

To unsubscribe from email alerts, scroll clear down to the bottom of the most recent email you received from us and click 'Unsubscribe'. This will open a webpage, where you'll be asked to confirm you request to unsubscribe. Click the green 'Confirm' button and you'll be unsubscribed going forward.

To unsubscribe from text alerts, simply text our number back with the word 'Stop' and the system will remove your number from our list.

If you would like us to remove you, please submit a ticket via our Contact page. Provide us with the email address and phone number you used to sign up with. We will remove your contact information manually.
